Peer Review Process

Every article submitted to MEPALJOS will undergo a double-blind peer review process (the author and reviewers do not know each other's identities) to ensure the objectivity and scientific quality of the manuscript. Articles that have passed the initial review by the editor regarding their suitability to the journal's focus and scope, as well as administrative completeness, will be forwarded to at least two independent reviewers with expertise in the relevant field. Reviewers will evaluate aspects of originality, methodology, scientific contribution, as well as the clarity of data presentation and discussion. The review process typically takes 2 to 4 weeks, and review outcomes may include: accepted without revision, accepted with minor revisions, major revisions, or rejected. The final decision on publication rests with the editor based on consideration of the review results and the manuscript's alignment with the journal's standards
